That's correct we are proud to maintain a National Pricing Structure.
How much electricity does an LED dance floor require?
Very little even a 6x6 floor can easily run from one 13 amp socket with lots to spare.
The biggest draw on electricity is the Skytracker which can still run from a single 13 amp socket, but do contact us about generator requirements if mains electric is not available.
We have the function room from the day before. Is it possible for you to set up the day before and will there be an extra cost?
Where possible we will always setup at a time you want us to, if that is the day before then if at all feasible we will and no there will be no extra cost.
How long does it take you to set up?
Obviously this depends upon the amount of equipment you are having installed, how easy access is to the room.
When we issue a contract we will always give a guide as to how long we need to set up and how long we need to break down.
Do your staff stay on site for the event?
If required yes or if the equipment requires an operator to be present then yes,
though most of our equipment is just a simple switch on.
If our staff are required to stay on site they will change into dark trousers and polo shirt once they have completed setting up.
Do you do site visits?
We try not to as most hotels can give us all the information on room sizes that we require and all marquee providers can give us dimensions so we can work what equipment we require, even for city lights its fairly easy for us to get the measurements of buildings or gardens allowing us to give an accurate quote of equipment required.
If you still feel it is vital to have a site visit to walk through then of course we will.
How do I book?
Once it has been agreed what equipment you need and how much of it, you can simply email or call to book, we will then issue a contract listing all the equipment you are having, the times for us to set up, the function times etc once you receive the contract read it through sign and return one part together with a 25% deposit the balance outstanding is due 14 days before the function.
We are running our opening event over a 3 day period do you give any extra discount?
Of course our prices quoted are for 1 day / 1 night. For extra days you get 50% discount on all following days.
Do you have insurance?
We have full public and employee liability insurance in place.
Do we need any insurance?
It depends on where the 'City Lights' and 'Skytracker Lights' are positioned.
If they are in a city centre where they could possibly be stolen then we will arrange insurance and charge you the premium.
In reality this does not happen much as 99 times out of 100 our staff remain in close proximity to our equipment.
It is not possible to quote an insurance price as all post code areas are different.
Do we need to get CAA approval before using a Skytracker?
You do but we take care of this for you.
